1. Log onto Banner/UI Integrate at: https://apps.uillinois.edu/selfservice/
2. Choose "student/faculty self-service"
3. Choose University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the relevant semester.
(Note that UIC and UIS students also access registration from this database, so it's essential to indicate your campus.)
4. You will be able to see your adviser's name and the following information:
- Registration and records
- Student records and transcripts
- View student information
5. For more information about your adviser (e.g., e-mail, phone #, office # or web site) click faculty directory
6. If you are a Physics major and are certain you want to transfer out of the department, contact Linda Lorenz; she will assign Toni Pitts as your adviser.
