The Physics mailroom is located in the second-floor south corridor of Loomis Laboratory, directly across from the Department office. If you cannot find your mailbox, ask Denise Donnelly in the Physics Business Office for assistance.
Personal mail should not be delivered to your Physics address. We do not have the resources to sort and distribute personal mail for >500 people.
The mailroom is locked before 8:30 am, after 5 pm, and on holidays and weekends.
US mail is distributed by approximately 1:30 pm Monday through Friday; delivery of campus mail varies. Locked outgoing mailboxes are provided in the mailroom. US mail is picked up daily at approximately noon. Put campus mail in the labeled drop box by 10:00 am to ensure pick up that day.
